What was the highlight of Flat Salvador Temporada

The owners are awesome, it is only a few streets from the beach, highly recommend.

The best thing about the property was the owner Julio and his family. They were wonderful and helpful in every way that they possibly could be. They were quick to resolve any issues that we had and went over and above to help. The property was secure and in a quiet location. The house is just a few streets from the beach and in a nice area for "tourists" to stay. The location is very easy to get to using GPS. The owner and his family know everything about the area and can give great recommendations. There is a pool and a nice area for the kids to play soccer and there were other guests staying at times which gave the kids people to play with. The owners enjoy hosting people and even shared their cookouts with us and made us cakes on several occasions during our extended stay.

When I booked the apartment I was under the impression that there were several homes inside of gated community. I have read the description several times since staying and am not sure if I made an assumption or it was unclear. The property is the home of the owner with one separate apartment (2 bedrooms) above his home with outside stairs leading to it, one townhouse (2 floors, 2 bedrooms) behind his home and one ground floor apartment (1 bedroom) attached to the townhouse. There are no privacy issues even with multiple guests staying at the same time as there is plenty of space on the property, and the owner offered to let us stay in either the upstairs apartment or townhouse (we stayed in the upstairs) but it was a little different than what I had envisioned. This is not so much a negative as a clarification. Also, the furniture in the upstairs apartment was a little uncomfortable.
